Refund policy

We hope you or your recipient are happy with your baked treats. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to resolve this. 

For London hand delivery, please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery at the time chosen on the website. Deliveries must be checked on receipt. If there has been a problem during transit, please let us know of this as soon as possible and we will resolve this for you. 

For postal delivery, parcels can occasionally be delayed. Please let us know if you or your recipient has not received the order within 7 working days from dispatch and we will ensure to fix this.

We take responsibility for the handling and timeliness of your deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for incorrect delivery details including names, addresses and contact numbers. If deliveries are refused or delayed due to missing details, we cannot provide a refund or redelivery for these. Please ensure these are correct at the time of ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
